Kylie Trevaskis
— Founder & Spa Director
Within the Spa industry Kylie is often referred to as a visionary and more so recently with the magnificent interior design and fit out of the Wellsprings Day Spa having been created and inspired by Kylie.
Kylie’s career commenced in Melbourne where she initially trained at the internationally renowned Metropolitan School of Theatre Arts. After graduating Kylie worked as a freelance make-up artist and it was not long before her work was recognized as the recipient of a major National Industry award. This success led to a career working with Television performers and models engaged in high fashion photography shoots.
Kylie’s skills were further enhanced when she became involved in beauty therapy and eventually her own business.
Kylie is married to Xavier an avid supporter and business partner – and together they are the proud parents of three beautiful sons Jordan Mason and Mitchell. Kylie and Xavier are committed to having a sense of balance in their lives, and this shared philosophy is evident in their business practices and lifestyle. Kylie is well qualified to share her experiences and recommends the ideal method is” to find time regularly for yourself and commit an hour monthly to a treatment which will nuture, ground and awaken your mind to the benefits of relaxation and self renewal. From here you can set goals and have the confidence to move forward .” Wellsprings Day Spa offers numerous wellness workshops that can support and assist guests to achieve their goals.

“Wellsprings is at the forefront of spa therapy services in regional Victoria offering a Steam Rasul Treatment suite, an Aveda Hair Lounge, a relaxation lounge overlooking the bush land of the Goulburn River and an extensive retail area stocking many wonderful spa delights by Aveda.”
“Not a stone has been left unturned and we strive to deliver superior guest care. This was evident recently when we took out first Place in the Powercor Australia and 95 3SR FM Business & Service Excellence Awards. As an employee here, I feel extremely proud of our great team here at Wellsprings and of the vision in which Kylie directs us in.”
“Massage therapy is my favourite way to relax because it helps restore the nervous system and circulation which promote natural healing within your body.
“The Purifying Hot Stone Massage is a little bit different to a simple shoulder rub. It uses native American plant aromas to stimulate the senses and smooth warm stones to release muscle tension and built up stress.
“It’s a favourite with our male guests.”
Ros
— Spa Receptionist
“Spa therapy doesn’t have to be a time for solitude. The Wellsprings Tea Ceremony is great for a group celebrating a hen’s day, kitchen tea or birthday with a difference.
“Without giving too much away, the Ceremony is a special ritual for a group of friends to share in. It involves chocolate to release endorphins, positive affirmations and a circle of trust within.
“The ceremony is an introduction for a group before they spend a day or just an hour indulging in one of our luxurious spa treatments.
“Spa therapy can be a mystery to some but once you’ve shared in the experience, you won’t be able to live without it.”

“Facials are a really good way to take care of your skin especially when you’ve been subjected to air conditioned environments or sun exposure.
“We can carry out a thorough skin assessment to choose which sort of facial best suits our guests needs.
“One of the facials we offer is the Elemental Nature Facial for Self Renewal. This is an experience that leaves skin looking alive. The process combines accessing pressure points and an Aveda massage technique.
“A foot ritual and scalp massage are also part of the treatment to comfort and nurture.”
Carly
— Spa Therapist/ Receptionist
“Wellsprings Day Spa is not just about relaxation therapies. There’s also all the practical techniques like waxing, manicures, pedicures and body bronzing.
“The Self Tan Body Bronze is a really good way to gain a healthy glow without exposing your skin to the sun’s harmful rays.
“The body brushing technique is used prior to applying the self-tanning spray. It leaves your skin looking naturally tanned not damaged, dry or peeling.”
Jolene - Spa Therapist
“In an increasingly busy world, it seems so hard to find time for ourselves these days. Relaxation has become a luxury rather than a necessity.
“But it is important to create time to relax. Nobody will do that for you.
“Wellsprings offers a range of excellent treatments that enable you to reach your blissful state. I have a favourite though which is unique to the area. The 'Elixir of Life' steam room treatment is Wellsprings signature treatment created by Kylie. It is a hair, face & body treatment guaranteed to quieten the busiest of minds from the sedating effect of the heat. Our guests feel re-energised & when you feel relaxed, it’s easy to approach life with a clearer, more positive state-of-mind.
“We look forward to seeing you at Wellsprings and hope you enjoy your visit.”

— Spa Therapist
“Sometimes our guests have a favourite treatment they keep coming back for. I think the Body Elixir is a ritual people can’t get enough of. It’s a combination of exfoliation, massage and hydrotherapy.
“It’s effective because it makes guests feel beautiful while also relaxing the mind.
“The Body Elixir begins with exfoliation using aromatic oil and dead sea salts. This removes dry skin and promotes circulation. A hydro massage shower called a Vichy Shower follows to stimulate the chakras. A scalp massage is the final step.
“Guests feel grounded afterwards and glide their way home.”
Carmen
— Remedial Massage Therapist
“As a Remedial Massage therapist at Wellsprings, We have the opportunity to treat all kinds of Massage Therapies including Sports, Deep Tissue, Relaxation as well as one of our guest favourites, The Purifying Hot Stone Massage.”
“This service begins with a Relaxation Foot Soak and Exfoliation treatment to soothe tired aching feet and allows the guest to wind down that little bit sooner.”

I am a self confessed "Aveda Junkie". I live & breath the product range and am impressed by their philosophies to guest care & the world we live in. They have a very strong stance on their product & packaging development concentrating on re-cycled materials and pure plant essences. The product range is up to 99% naturally de-rived and has an extensive Hair, Make-up, Skincare & Body range along with a range of boutique items including candles and aromatherapy. Once you have experienced the products, there's no turning back!"
Our Hair Stylists
Our Hair Stylist's have a really strong personal commitment to wellness and have always had a great interest in working with a product range that offers my clients a healthier approach with their hair care.
The enviroment at Wellsprings is uniquely different from the every day hair salon by Kylie's strong vision for hair services to be an experience that also relaxes the guests minds with numerous little sensory experiences that only Wellsprings can deliver.
The Hair lounge offers all the services you would expect to find at any hair salon, and of course, more.

— Spa Therapist
Beauty Therapy has become my passion and during my studies I was required to complete workplacement hours which I completed at Wellsprings and another couple of business' where I gained valuable knowledge and experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my week at Wellsprings and it was definetly where I wanted to work. The girls were all so lovely, everyone here is so passionate and dedicated to making people's day's. I really wanted to be a part of that as I am drawn to the holistic approach of Aveda and the Wellsprings experience and philosophies. My favourite treatment would have to be the Elemental Nature Facials for the results they deliver and the restoration of the mind. Coming to work each day to deliver the Wellsprings experience is my therapy and I am wrapped to have my dream job.
Katelyn
— Junior Spa Assistant
I have now been at Wellsprings for almost a year and have learnt so much from all of the girls. My role at the spa is to assist the therapists with preparation of their treatment rooms, helping in the hair lounge as well as having fun assisting Ros with any reception jobs. On client VIP nights I get to perform Foot Rituals that I learnt from the Aveda Rep. Jo and that's a lot of fun. I always thought I would love to have been a midwife but since working with Kylie and all the girls, I now find myself very interested in the hairdressing side of the business. I work every Saturday and Thursday nights which I love and fits in perfect with my school and sport committments.
